Instructions

  • Spinach Bell Pepper Egg Bites:
  • Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste. Saute until the raw smell goes away.
  • To it green bell peppers carrots onions and salt for seasoning. Saute until the vegetables are cooked.
  • Now add spinach. Saute 3 mins.
  • Keep aside once it is cooked. Let it cool completely.
  • Take a bowl add eggs salt and pepper.
  • Using a fork beat the eggs well.
  • To it add the cooked vegetables.
  • Combine well together.
  • Heat appam/paniyaram pan. Heat appam/paniyaram pan. Or bake in the oven at 350°F/180°C.
  • Grease the moulds by adding a drop of oil.
  • Add the egg mixture in the moulds. Make sure to not pour the mixture till the top of the moulds. Leave atleast 1/4 inch of space in each mould to let it puff up when cooked.
  • Cover and close the pan. Cook for 3 minutes on low flame.
  • Now flip it and cook for another 2 mins.
  • Cook on both sides.
  • Corn Tomato Egg Bites:
  • Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Heat appam/paniyaram pan. Heat appam/paniyaram pan. Or bake in the oven at 350°F/180°C.
  • Grease the moulds by adding a drop of oil.
  • Add the egg mixture in the moulds. Make sure to not pour the mixture till the top of the moulds. Leave atleast 1/4 inch of space in each mould to let it puff up when cooked.
  • Cover and close the pan. Cook for 3 minutes on low flame.
  • Now flip it and cook for another 2 mins.
  • Cook on both sides.
