Ingredients

Instructions

  • Season 2 pounds of ground chuck with 1T garlic and onion powder 1T minced garlic 1T Worcestershire sauce 1t paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Brown beef then add 1 small diced onion until translucent. Set aside.
  • Whisk together 8 eggs 1/2 C heavy cream 1/4 cup ketchup mustard 1T mustard and onion powder.
  • Combine egg mixture with you browned beef in a baking dish top with cheese bacon and pickles.
  • Cover and bake for 25-30 minutes or until egg are firm.
  • Top with parsley.
